All orders include free standard shipping across Australia. Once your order is dispatched, it will typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Express Shipping (Optional)

Need it faster? Express shipping is available on request for an additional cost. Just email us at support@pantherintheroom.com before placing your order and we’ll sort it out.

International Shipping

We don’t offer international shipping just yet — but we’re working on it. If you're overseas and keen to get your hands on a lamp, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to assist you.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

The Panther LYS Collection is available on a limited pre-order basis.

Your lamp will be prepared and dispatched within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. In many cases, delivery may occur sooner, however we allow this timeframe to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.

Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns for Signature and LYS Collection

We offer free return postage Australia-wide for eligible returns. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at support@pantherintheroom.com and our team will provide you with a complimentary return postage label.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging, including all product manuals, tags, and accessories. Please ensure the product has not been damaged, assembled, or modified, as we are unable to process refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return has been received and assessed by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

1. General

How it works at Panther In The Room-Signature & LYS Collection

You’ve got 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@pantherintheroom.com to kick things off. We’ll provide the return address and simple instructions to help get your lamp back to us.
Please don’t send anything without contacting us first — we can’t accept unapproved returns.

We offer free return postage Australia-wide for eligible returns. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at support@pantherintheroom.com and our team will provide you with a complimentary return postage label.

2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows our team to promptly assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. If you change your mind, our standard 30-day return policy applies (see above).

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Tracking your Order

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link.

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options or issues.

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
