1. General
How it works at Panther In The Room
You’ve got 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@pantherintheroom.com to kick things off. We’ll provide the return address and simple instructions to help get your lamp back to us.
Please don’t send anything without contacting us first — we can’t accept unapproved returns.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. If you change your mind, our standard 30-day return policy applies (see above).
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
