Where do you ship ?

We currently offer free shipping across Australia. 

Need it faster? Express shipping can be arranged at an additional cost - just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

How Long will my PRE-order take to arrive?

The Aura Touch Lamp and The Dia Glow Lamp are  currently available as a pre-order product. 

 

Pre-orders ship between 15 Oct -25 October 2025 from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed today will be shipped as soon as stock lands - we’ll keep you updated along the way, and you can reach out anytime for an update.

 

Reserve now: Your card is charged at checkout to secure stock in our first batch.

Updates: We’ll email you at three milestones—production complete, in transit to us, and ready to dispatch.

Delivery times: After dispatch, AU metro delivery is typically 5-7 business days with tracked shipping.

Change of mind: Cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund (or store credit—your choice).

After delivery: You still have our  30 day money back guarantee  and 12-month warranty.

If dates move: If our ETA shifts by more than 7 days, we’ll notify you and you can keep, reschedule, or refund.

how Can I track my order?

Lamp Care & Maintenance

How do I clean and maintain my lamp?

To keep your lamp in good condition, simply wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the surface. Always unplug the lamp before cleaning.

Are your lamps safe for outdoor use?

Definitely. The lamp is built to handle outdoor conditions, including light water exposure, cold weather, and direct sunlight. Occasional splashes or gentle rain are perfectly fine. Place it on your balcony, patio, or garden table and enjoy beautiful illumination in any season.

Are the lamps fully cordless or need constant plugging in?

Once charged, the lamp works completely wirelessly, so you can move it anywhere you like. It can also be used while plugged in, giving you uninterrupted light

Does Panther in the Room offer a warranty?

Absolutely. Every Panther in the Room lamp is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues or aren’t completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee*.  To get your refund, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page.
